+ Construction progress is moving along at a rapid pace. On building “A”
Roof Trusses have been installed and metal roofing is 99% complete. Metal studs and drywall are complete in building and finish crews have started on the fourth floor. Exterior building wrap is complete and crews have started installing trim and siding. On Building “B” roofing crews are starting eave drip and valley metal and should have roofing panels installed by 12/30/06. Metal studs and drywall are ongoing. Exterior wrap is currently being installed with trim and siding to follow.
Swimming Pool – a new larger swimming pool and deck area has been designed, construction will begin in late November.

+ Construction on the condominiums continue as work crews finish installing the roof on each building. Both buildings should be dried-in within the next 30 days. Additional crews are also installing sheating on exterior walls to prepare for exterior finishes. Interior wall studs, mechanical, electrical and plumbing are currently ongoing. The estimated completion date is set for early spring 2007.

+ The Waterside condos construction is running smoothly and currently on schedule. Within the next 2 to 3 weeks each buyer will be sent an interior finish selection package.
Within the next two weeks, the fourth floor slabs on both buildings will be poured. Once these slabs are poured the work crews will begin preparing to set roof trusses.
The boardwalks are seventy percent complete.
The current completion date of these units is January 2007. (“This date is subject to change”)

+ All grade beams are complete, interior fill is complete. Underground plumbing, electrical, HVAC is ongoing. First floor slabs will start to be poured by the end of the month. This project is scheduled to be complete by November 30th 2006.
The first floor slab on the 16 unit building was poured on 2/17/06. The first floor slab on the 35 unit building is scheduled to be poured next week.
