+ All of the cottages are now completed and the landscaping is in the final stages. The developer has decided to gate the community to add an extra touch of class for the project. These gates are scheduled to be completed by the end of June or the first week of July. A rendering of the gates will be posted on the website soon.

| FEBRUARY 2006 |
February 17, 2006
+ The cottage portion of Waterside Village is almost near 100% completion.
Cottages 11-19 were issued their Certificates of Occupancy and have all closed.
Cottages 8-10 are scheduled for their CO’s and closings during the first week of March, 2006.
The remaining cottages are scheduled for completion by May 2006.
Work has begun on the main entrance sign as well as street posts and attractive landscape lighting.

| DECEMBER 2005 |
December 21, 2005
+ After installing new garage doors on Cottage Units #10-19, all ten units have successfully completed their final inspections and each unit has been issued a Certificate of Occupancy. Interior features such as cabinet installation, sheetrock texture and trim work continue on Cottage Units #9-6. Structural tie downs and roof work have been completed on Cottage Units #5-2 and Cottage Unit #1 has 90% of the framework completed. Overall site work continues this month with the completion of additional trellises, brick pavers on the main roadway and parking pads, fencing, steps, landings and direct gulf access.

| OCTOBER 2005 |
October 19, 2005
+ Landscaping & final inspections have been completed and C.O.’s issued on lots 12 through 19.
Brick Pavers are complete on the Cottage roadway and the parking pads are complete for units 9 thru 19.
The sod and sidewalks for units 10 thru 19 have been completed.
The holding area behind units is complete with sod planted.
The board walk is completed from units 1 thru 19.
Fencing is being installed from units 9 to 18.
Trellises are built and in place from units 9 thru 19.

| SEPTEMBER 2005 |
September 1, 2005
+ There will be a total of 19 cottages.
Within the next 30 days, lots 16, 17, 18, and 19 will be 100% complete including landscaping.
Within the next 45 days, lots 12, 13, 14, and 15 will be complete including landscaping.
Roads and utilities are installed.
The estimated completion date for the Cottage Community is April of 2006.
